Register/ Track PAN card related complaints/Status through Income Tax Online help portal “Sparsh India”. Income tax has started a website namely Sparsh India to help Assessee to register their complain related to PAN card applied through NSDL or UTISL and also they can check the status of their grievance online. Person can file his complaint for non receipt of PAN Card or PAN card status showing returned undelivered even when you where at home then you can file your complaint with Income tax department directly. But before filing any complaint you must have your PAN application receipt issued by NSDL or UTIISL
Nature of Complaint:
- Neither PAN Number nor PAN Card received.
- PAN card not received, yet PAN Number received.
- PAN returned undelivered.
- Name mismatch
- Photo on PAN card mismatch
- Father’s name mismatch
- Other related complaints.

Here you have to select from the following categories:
- Neither PAN number nor PAN Card received
- PAN Card not received (PAN number received)

Along with that you will be asked to provide few more details as mentioned below:
- Receipt / Coupon Number (a mandatory field)
- PAN Number (not mandatory) (a mandatory field)
- Agency (NSDL or UTIISL)
- Your Name (a mandatory field)
- Your Father’s Name
- Your Date of Birth
- Address
- Phone number with STD code
- Application Date (a mandatory field)
- Application Remark (a mandatory field)
When you click on “Submit” button, your complaint gets submitted. You will get a receipt/ coupon no. which you need to save somewhere so that you can track your compliant later Assessee can check the status of the PAN grievance at the link given below:

When you see on the website, you can see that, the status of complaint can be tracked using applicants PAN No, Complaint no, or coupon number. On successful submission of details, the status of applicant complains will appear.
- Coupon Number: 12345678 (It’s an 8 Digit Number printed on the acknowledgment receipt issued by the UTIITSL for FORM 49A Application) or
- Acknowledgment Number: 123456789012345 (It’s a 15 Digit Number printed on the acknowledgment receipt issued by the NSDL for FORM 49A).

It generally takes 2-3 weeks but if you have applied using online portal using Aaddhar verification process it may come early
I Sri Pradipta Kumar Bal,S/o-Purna Chandra Bal,D.O.B-12/05/1982,Permanent resident of at -Bhanagaon,P.o-Chandol,Dist-Kendrapara,Pin-754208 as Per Adhara for correction of my Pan is very necessary for file the income tax return,but I have applied for correction since 2 months above and supporting documents to sent the NSDL Deptt.,not yet completed the correction and issued,So,what can be done in this case,Plz help.Eagerly awaiting for your response
